Anyone who wishes to appeal against a decision made by the NERC MST
Radar Facility staff, or to to complain regarding the operation/service,
should, in the first instance,
refer their case
to the Chilbolton Group leader. An
acknowledgement of receipt of the appeal or complaint will be sent
within 10 working days. The Chilbolton Group leader will investigate the
appeal/complaint and will try to resolve the problem to the
complainant's satisfaction. It is possible that any decision regarding
appeals/complaints will be made by reference to the
NERC Atmospheric Radar Facilities
Steering Committee (NARFSC) and/or NERC, which funds the
Facility.
If the response from the Facility management is not felt to be
satisfactory, complainants should then write to:
